It seems to me that blogging is about as useful a way of passing the time as tossing pebbles into the sea, so for what it's worth - and that's not a lot - here are a few pebbles.

Really?
I was told this morning that owning a dog reduces one's stress levels and makes one a happier person. I shudder to think how stressed and miserable I would be if we didn't own a dog.
I have several local friends and a distant family member who'd probably agree with that increase in stress levels bit. As for me, the local dogs don't do a thing to reduce Grandma Skip's stress level. That, of course, influences mine.
Sully - I won't even get into what it's like to be on a cat's staff.

That's just propaganda. It's cats that make you less stressed. Or is it more stressed. Or is it mice? Oh, never mind.
There are certainly times when our dog increases my stress levels!
